TODD

Todd's Story

​

Todd is one of the biggest cats at our rescue at a whopping 18lb. Bigger than a lot of our small dogs for adoption! We do not have a lot of history on Todd but he seems to be a very sweet and silly boy. Like most cats it took him a while to really settle in to his foster home, but now that he's used to his environment he is comfortable and thriving on a regular routine. Not sure when dinner time is? Don't worry, Todd will keep you on schedule!

Todd will seek out cuddles on the bed before joining you in the bathroom for morning ablutions. He especially enjoys hanging out in the bathtub where he waits for you to turn the water on for him. That said he does a good impression of a drain plug, so you may want to remove him from the bathroom for actual shower or tub time.

After breakfast he usually spends some time playing with his favourite ball and watching the world go by through the window. He is especially enthralled by the birdies outside even though he's probably much too heavy to catch one. It makes for good cat TV though.

After his morning activities it's usually naptime in whatever part of the house you are in. He loves pets and just existing around his people. Todd might looks like a big tough tomcat, but he is actually a softy.

 

Todd is being fostered with a dog but doesn't really care for the 4 legged pooch. We were also told he was good with cats/kids on intake but he hasn't had a chance to meet them with us. That said we are happy to work with a potential adopter to discuss  introductions and household dynamics, especially given his friendly nature.
