These animals are in ARTS foster homes but are not available for adoption at this time. Some of these animals may end up as foster fails or in the ARTS supportive care (palliative) program, but the majority will become available for adoption after they are vetted and given time to decompress. We kindly ask that you do not submit early applications and wait to see them listed as available under our Dogs or Cats tab. Thank you!
